We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not provide debt advice. We act as an introducer to FCA-authorised debt advice firms and licensed Insolvency Practitioners.
2. Our service
We collect basic information through our website and by phone to understand whether an introduction may be appropriate, and if so we pass your details to one regulated partner. The partner – not us – assesses your circumstances and provides any advice. You are under no obligation to proceed with anything. Our service is free to you; we may receive a referral fee or commission from the partner.
3. No advice
Nothing on this website is financial, legal or debt advice. Information is general, may not reflect the latest changes in law or practice, and should not be relied on without regulated advice tailored to you. Free advice is available from MoneyHelper, StepChange, Citizens Advice and National Debtline.
4. No guarantees
We cannot guarantee that you will be eligible for, offered or accepted onto any debt solution, or that any amount of debt will be written off. Outcomes depend entirely on your individual circumstances and the regulated partner's assessment.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to submit false information, to attempt unauthorised access, or to introduce malicious code. We may restrict access if these terms are breached.
6. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or up to date. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site's content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
